General terms
Our services are intended to help you progress in your game, whether through powerleveling, questing, boss carries, or account sales.
Every order is handled by real players, not bots or automated software. While we do our best to complete services efficiently, unexpected situations can arise, boosters are human too. If delays occur, we will communicate with you and offer fair compensation when appropriate.
Account security & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where possible.
We take account security seriously and use region-matching VPNs to minimize risk. However, using third-party services can sometimes violate a game’s terms. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for any penalties imposed by game developers.
Do not share your account credentials with anyone else during an ongoing order, as this may interfere with the service and affect completion time.
Service expectations & Limitations
We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible, but service times may vary depending on the order type, booster availability, and game mechanics.
Boss carries are completed at the first available opportunity.
Powerleveling is done by the hour or until your goal is reached, with experience gains matching expected rates for the game.
If a service cannot be completed within the estimated timeframe, we will communicate any delays and offer appropriate adjustments or compensation.
Refunds & Cancellations
You may pause or cancel your order at any time.
If the service has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the service is already in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount completed.
If the service has been fully completed, no refunds will be given.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban you from future services.
Communication & Support
Our main support is available through Discord for the fastest response. Business and formal inquiries can be sent via email.
If you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to reach out to us before taking any further action.
Fair use & Conduct
We expect all customers to treat our team with respect. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or unreasonable demands may result in service termination without a refund.
Attempting to scam, exploit, or manipulate our services in any way may result in a ban from future purchases.
Unexpected situations & Compensation
While we work hard to deliver the best possible experience, things can happen. Boosters are real people, and unexpected issues—such as game updates, server downtime, or personal emergencies—can sometimes cause delays.
If an issue arises that directly affects your service, we will always be transparent and offer fair compensation when appropriate.
